In addition to representing borrowers purchasing property or refinancing existing indebtedness, Mr. Saltz has expertise in representing lenders in connection with real estate mortgages. 

Acquisitions & Sales-

Mr. Saltz has experience representing buyers and sellers of both vacant and improved properties of all varieties, including retail, industrial/warehouse, residential projects and farm properties, as well as grain elevators. In connection with acquisitions, he has facilitated due diligence and handled all legal aspects of financing of the project. 

Leasing-

Mr. Saltz represents landlords who lease tens of millions of square feet of industrial/warehouse properties, office spaces, retail spaces, both free standing and in centers. He represents many tenants in leases of all varieties and all sizes. An expert in ground leasing, Mr. Saltz has drafted and negotiated such leases for hotel, movie theater, residential and retail sites.

Development-

Mr. Saltz handles all legal aspects of numerous developments, including land acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of properties. The projects include mixed use office/retail properties, industrial/warehouse properties, shopping centers and NFP facilities. He deals with municipalities, declarations of restrictions, easements, architect contracts, construction contracts and many others.
